The Author of the Program
Daria is an outstanding gymnastics trainer and a Candidate for Master of Sports of Ukraine in rhythmic gymnastics.

She brings a strong professional training background to her classes, helping children develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and greater confidence in movement. All in a fun way!
A Year of Skills and Performances
Throughout the year, children will work towards three special performances for parents: Christmas, Easter and an end-of-year gymnastics show. Each performance gives them a chance to demonstrate the skills and routines they have been practising in class. At the final show, children will also receive certificates marking their progress throughout the year.

Special themed classes and team activities will also take place during the year.
Discovering Rhythmic Gymnastics
Each month, children will be introduced to a different piece of rhythmic gymnastics apparatus, such as a rope or ball. They will watch examples from professional gymnasts, explore the basic technique, and then spend the following weeks learning and practising an element with that apparatus. These elements will gradually become part of their future performance.
Progress Children Can See
Alongside developing strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance, the course gives children small, visible milestones to work towards. At the end of each class, children can collect a sticker in their own little notebook — a simple way to mark their effort and progress. Performances throughout the year also give them a clear goal and an opportunity to see how much they have learned.
What to bring
Children should wear comfortable sports clothes: shorts or leggings with a sports T-shirt or top. They can also bring a small notebook for collecting their class stickers.

Drinking water is available at Espaço Aberto, so there is no need to bring a bottle.
